I read a LOT of good books but believe me this is a GREAT book.
For the past 6 months I have been researching the potential for property investment and despite my best efforts and brain power I could not find the missing link.
Now people, well ok, friends and family, think I am pretty intelligent - my only saving grace is that i knew darn well that there was a missing link - and nobody, but nobody in the property scene/mortgage business could give me the right answer - but I knew it was lurking there somewhere - i just couldn't see it.
Boy am I kicking myself now!!
I bought this book just before Christmas, I actually bought three and gave two for gifts - and there it was under my nose - the missing link!!!
There it was in black and white and this guy was telling me in his book exactly what the missing link was - i couldn't believe it was right under my nose.
Of course i would never have found it - simply because the 'experts' don't actually know about this very simple (really simple) technique.
It's not for everyone - some people prefer to work hard over long hours - well i know my 2007 is going to be very different to last year. some people can't believe something so simple can work - but it does. The author is a multi millionaire with 74 properties worth £12million of MONEY FOR NOTHING (not his money). He achieved that in 12 months. No, i don't think i will be doing that but a couple of properties will do for starters.
THE BAD NEWS
Yes, there is some - the book is selling like bonkers and they are not selling any more right this minute as they are busy sending out ordered books.

Well, just get over there and check out the details, make up your own mind. All I can say is I am so very glad i bought it, read it and i have access to the members information areas - worth far more than the actual price paid.
