Property Investment Book Ever"

If you are investing in property now, or have been thinking
about doing it then drop everything and go and download (for
free) the first five chapters of UK property investment
multi-millionaire Andy Shaw's SHOCKING new book.

You can find all the details here:
RECOMMENDED

Go and do it now before this offer is removed. This is
groundbreaking information you simply MUST read.

Don't miss out on this, or put it off till later, go do it
now: Recommended

Here's why you should go and do this NOW:

Before Christmas UK Property Investor "Andy Shaw" launched a
book that has literally turned the property investment world
upside down.

He showed EXACTLY how he bought 74 properties (worth over
£12 million) in his first 12 months...

(And here's the kicker)

...Without using ANY of his own money!

His launch was so successful he had to stop selling a few
days later to deal with the orders!

Anyway, *next week* he will RE-LAUNCH his book, and I VERY
strongly recommend you get first in the "virtual" line to
buy it.

If you think this sounds all like "Hype" then go here, and
download the first 5 chapters of his book and decide for
yourself: Recommended

Regards

P.S. This will show you the simplest, most easy to implement
property investment strategy you will probbaly ever see.

Anyone can follow this and DO this:

* It doesn't matter what the property market is doing now or
in the future for you to make your fortune (could be going
up or down).

* It doesn't matter if you have NEVER bought a property
before. (I was a complete beginner and became a multi-
millionaire in about 180 days).

* It doesn't matter how much available cash you have - I
show you how to get started safely on your way to your first
million pounds using other people's money!

* It doesn't matter what other so-called "experts" say...
the truth is you never need to sell your investment
properties to make your money - yep!

* You don't need to worry about taxes with property earnings
- I show you exactly how to use the tax man's own laws and
rules to legally avoid paying tax!

Go here now. Don't miss out on this.
Recommended

BOOK REVIEW

READ MORE ABOUT THIS BOOK

I read a LOT of good books but believe me this is a GREAT book.

For the past 6 months I have been researching the potential for property investment and despite my best efforts and brain power I could not find the missing link.

Now people, well ok, friends and family, think I am pretty intelligent - my only saving grace is that i knew darn well that there was a missing link - and nobody, but nobody in the property scene/mortgage business could give me the right answer - but I knew it was lurking there somewhere - i just couldn't see it.

Boy am I kicking myself now!!

I bought this book just before Christmas, I actually bought three and gave two for gifts - and there it was under my nose - the missing link!!!

There it was in black and white and this guy was telling me in his book exactly what the missing link was - i couldn't believe it was right under my nose.

Of course i would never have found it - simply because the 'experts' don't actually know about this very simple (really simple) technique.

It's not for everyone - some people prefer to work hard over long hours - well i know my 2007 is going to be very different to last year. some people can't believe something so simple can work - but it does. The author is a multi millionaire with 74 properties worth £12million of MONEY FOR NOTHING (not his money). He achieved that in 12 months. No, i don't think i will be doing that but a couple of properties will do for starters.

THE BAD NEWS

Yes, there is some - the book is selling like bonkers and they are not selling any more right this minute as they are busy sending out ordered books.

THE GOOD NEWS

Yes, luckily, they are taking orders HERE

Well, just get over there and check out the details, make up your own mind. All I can say is I am so very glad i bought it, read it and i have access to the members information areas - worth far more than the actual price paid.

I hope you enjoy reading it as i have.

cheers

AND also included in the deluxe edition is a fantastic relaxation video - "The Little Book of Energy Quotations" - what can I say, it's relaxing, not a wind chime or tinkling bell to be heard, a refreshing change to the usual music associated with Reiki and other holistic therapies.

Feedback from purchasers so far is all positive.

With escalating fuel prices there are now several companies producing capsules and tablets which can be inserted into your petrol tank.

However the choices and some less than savoury programmes advertised on the net certainly put a lot of people off from trying this. There is often a cost element too and often you just done get the value.

Following is a review of one type of programme, which costs nothing.

Product Review: Affiliate Power Ads

For anyone selling ad space on their web site for pennies, ‘Affiliate Power Ads’ is simple.

It is often referred to as the new generation of virtual real estate selling.

The program provides pounds instead of pennies.

For example, if someone clicks a ‘penny ad’ on your web site that promotes someone else’s product or service...and they buy from that person...how much do you earn from the sale? That’s right. A few pence. This doesn’t even cover the cost of a pack of chewing gum.

But let’s say you are participating in the ‘Affiliate Power Ads’ program. Instead of a few pennies, you end up with pounds.

That’s because the marketers who are buying small ads on your web site are willing to pay you a commission up to 50%...sometimes higher. Considering that the products and services advertised on ‘Affiliate Power Ads’ run from £20 to £300, they say you could be looking at some 'big bucks'. Not small change.

ITS FREE, which is a good sign.

As unbelievable as it may sound, the ‘Affiliate Power Ads’ program is free to obtain and free to use. It never costs you a single penny...now or ever. Why? Because the marketers who place their advertising within the ‘Affiliate Power Ads’ program, know that the concept works. And when they see their sales climbing, they are more than happy to freely pay out commissions.

Easy to use

If you don’t like messing around trying to figure out how to make new programs work, you don't have to do that with ‘Affiliate Power Ads’.

You can sign up FREE here to take an indepth look

No Maintenance

After you are up and running, the program takes care of everything else. All research is handled and all you have to do is select your choices in business to business, health & fitness, fun & entertainment, and computer & Internet.

You simply select the web sites that fit with your business and avoid any that might directly compete with whatever you are selling.

I can’t think of a single reason for not ranking this as a great program. It costs nothing. It is easy to use. And it has the potential of generating a lot of extra income.

If you are still earning just pennies from the ad space you lease on your web site, you are going to love this program. I strongly recommend that you take a moment right now and visit:

HERE to check it out with nothing to lose.

See what you think about this free programme. Any feedback/opinions welcome.

Thanks
How much happier and progressive we could be as a community, a nation, international if our behavioral goals are/were positive. The elimination of the negatives or negatives controlled at source though difficult that may be at times, would certainly help to enrich the quality of our lives. I have surveyed the entire Control Panel and am convinced that with consistent application of mind to achieve, SUCCESS is near. The Panel is a very skillful/educational marketing tool.
We All Fall Down – Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints for Healthcare Systems

Who hasn’t gone into a shop or workplace at some point and seen the sign ‘You don’t have to be mad to work here, but it helps!’? This over-used phrase becomes very real in the case of Beth Seager, an Admissions Manager in a busy British NHS hospital. Someone with very little authority but a huge amount of responsibility. She has to find beds for patients in a hospital that is claimed to work at 98% capacity – an impressive achievement that means the maximum time a bed is empty is less than 15 minutes. It’s best not to mention the waiting times.

Unfortunately there are far more patients than beds and no money to bring more beds in. Someone has to decide whether a bed is taken by a patient who needs an extensive operation that will allow them to live a few more months, a breast cancer patient, or someone with two broken legs. Added to that Beth is struggling against her caustic boss ‘Fearsome Fran’ and her meddling assistant ‘Evil Eddy’ who tries to undermine her and take her job.

Everything comes to a head when Fearsome Fran announces a new silver bullet plan to free up more beds. Beth knows that not only will it not work, but that she is effectively being demoted. But what can she do? She has 61 more patients than she has beds and a very short period to time to stamp her authority on Fran’s new plan in order to stop it making things much worse.

Her luck changes when eligible bachelor Professor John Summers becomes her unlikely ally after becoming frustrated with the number of his operations that keep being cancelled. She also starts receiving some interesting advice over email from her brother-in-law in the US and slowly starts to believe that she can unravel the mess of the health service system and find the core problem and then the main constraint of her particular hospital.

We All Fall Down. Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints for Healthcare Systems is a textbook written in the style of a witty, thriller novel. The reader is involved with Beth’s challenges and dilemmas, and through her experiences, discover how Eli Goldratt’s theories can be applied to the healthcare and service industries.

You don’t have to be mad to work in the health services, you have to be caring, dedicated and resourceful as any errors can have fatal consequences. If you know someone from the health service, buy them this book so they can see the whole picture and what they can do improve the system. However, this book is also essential reading for anyone who has been frustrated by hospital delays or who works in other Not for Profit industries, especially teaching.

We All Fall Down is destined to revolutionise the service industry and not-for-profit sector in the same way that Eli Goldratt’s book The Goal did for the manufacturing industry.

Don’t be left on the waiting list! It is now available on Amazon for £14.21.
'A Mum with Kids'

I'm a Work at Home Mum

Working from home has become increasingly popular over the years, and it is a growing trend it seems. So why do people choose to work from home and what are the advantages for mums with kids (dads too of course) to working from their own home?

provides choices of when you want to work

cuts out bus or car travel, saves time and associated costs

an opportunity to build your career around your home and family

you can be at home when the kids need you

possibly increase your income, or you can choose to do less work

possibly gain improved financial security, and more disposable income

choose to do something you find interesting and rewarding

be your own boss

As a mum with kids, I choose to work from home for most of the above reasons. My kids are still relatively young, early teens, and at school. The biggest factors for choosing to work from home are obviously so I can be around for the kids, after school, during school holidays and when they are poorly.

The kids being poorly did have a major impact on this decision. I recall a couple of years ago, after a break from work, I wanted to exercise my brain and needed to earn additional money, so decided to look for a ‘job’. I did the usual, reading adverts, sending in CV’s, and I even attended a couple of interviews, which were a great experience after a couple of years out of the work place. Then the kids were struck down one after the other with flu.

Suddenly I realized that if I accepted a ‘job’, I would be out of the house from 8.15 a.m until after 6.00 p.m. I didn’t have a nanny or child minder, nor could I afford one, my parents live abroad and my siblings and other relatives are all too busy themselves and therefore unable to look after my sick children.

I would add that I didn’t want to leave them while they were sick. If I had been working outside the home, I would never have been able to concentrate on my job anyway, my thoughts would have been on the children and I would have been racked with guilty ‘bad mum’ thoughts.

Working from home has helped me solve my own dilemma. If the kids are well and in school, I have wonderfully peaceful time to give my full attention to my work. If the kids are off sick, I can take breaks from my work to look after them, take them to the doctors or whatever should be needed and my guilt factor is totally annihilated. If the kids are off school, I can schedule my workload around our family time and if necessary, not work at all.

So for me, working at home works well.

Do you have any work from home experiences you would like to share?

As a mum with kids, juggling those plates can be daunting and sometimes confusing. Occasionally, we realise that our lives are not as balanced or as happy as we would prefer them to be. We might recognise that we need to change the balance in our lives yet not know where to start, what section of our lives to focus on as a priority for change to achieve a work and home life balance.

We might be a mum at home, looking after the home and family, or a work at home mum, fitting our work into the child free time, or we might be working outside the home for ourselves or someone else. Whichever option we choose, we still have to juggle those plates in our lives, which are all relative to our own circumstances.

Unfortunately, it can be the case that as women, particularly with kids, our juggling efforts are not recognised as ‘worthy efforts’. Often, it is ourselves that think this. So why is that? What makes us think that our efforts are not worthy? Is it the repetitive domestic slog? Is it the struggle to be the perfect wife, the perfect mother, the perfect worker, the perfect business entrepreneur?

If we look inside ourselves for long enough, we know our individual answer to those questions. Do you know the answer that applies to your self?

If we then recognise we need help, do we know what help we actually need and where to get it? Usually, no, we generally don’t know where to turn. We talk to family and perhaps friends whom we think will be able to help us. Yes they try, they listen, they love us, they offer suggestions, and they make caring comments and offer emotional support. But is that what we really need?

Many women experiencing this conundrum say: “it was lovely, wonderful to have that support and caring, but it really didn’t help me identify the actual things that needed to change and it didn’t identify the actions needed to be taken to actually make those necessary changes. I feel and know I need to take positive actions but don’t know where to begin.”

Finding a Coach

When we are ready to make changes in our lives, we can seek out the help we need, and look for a coach that we can develop a trusting relationship with. We can search on the internet, read through their websites, look through telephone directories, newspapers, magazines or come across word of mouth referrals.

Benefits of Coaching

This is the scary part. We have to identify our own goals and then aim steadily to achieve them. The role of a coach is to help us discover our personal goals in the area of our lives that we are striving to balance. A coach will assist us to work through what is blocking us from our goals, guide us carefully through a process to help us discover for ourselves, the actions we should take to reach them. The less scary, but amazing thing is that we can and do get through this process and it is – well, simply inspiring.

Have you been ‘inspired’ through life balance coaching?

Do you have an experience of coaching which you would like to make comment on to help inspire other women?

What a wonderful Sunday morning. Thought you might appreciate some alternative art today. So what picture/image do you see above???

My lovely girls made breakfast this morning, the results are shown above. Yes, the above bacon, yes honest, its bacon, was the result of their efforts to give their mum a cooked breakfast.

The house was filled with smoke, we opened every door and window just to be able to see & breath - ok I am going over the top a bit.

On a serious note this highlighted the fact that the smoke detector wasn't working, despite a new battery, so now off out to get a replacement. Better to be safe than sorry.

We all had a really good laugh about the breakfast attempts and for almost teens, it was a jolly good try.

Hope you enjoy the alternative art, do tell what you see in the above image. cheers P.

Today I have great confidence in myself. I know that whatever comes up in my life, I will handle it. I am comfortable with my body and happy with who I really am. I feel centred, calm and full of joy.

But there was a time when it wasn't so. I developed a poor self image during childhood. Being painfully thin during my teens contributed to me becoming one of the timid ones in the class. I went on to further education and gained a degree, though I never really felt 'part of' the college, and considered myself a bit of an outsider.

Marrying young, I found myself struggling in a failing marriage with an alcoholic husband. My belief in myself slipped even further before my confidence at work allowed me to realise that I deserved better. I left that situation behind and in time was able to build a better relationship with my new love. However, I found that I was still struggling with my self-confidence when I was expecting my first son. Leaving work left me lost and discouraged. I didn't know who I really was, or how to provide the emotional support my family needed.

Then I discovered a secret. I realised that I needed to help myself. I started working on feeling better about me. Gradually I became able to cope with more stressful situations. I felt better inside and started to smile from my heart. I found myself and I loved what I saw.

Now I am so excited about how wonderful life can be that I just have to share this with you. I'm passionate about helping others to enjoy improved self-confidence. I want you to feel good about who you are!

At Last, There is Hope on the Horizon!

There is one area that I really know nothing about, that's Viral Marketing. Does anyone out there know what that is exactly - how is viral marketing defined, how is it used, which method of viral marketing works efficiently and consistently????

I did come across the following link recently which appears to be a form of viral marketing. Has anyone come across this before and what are your opinions of it?
